14-DAY RETURN PERIOD
FATAL-F has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- With receipt or proof of purchase

RETURN PROCESS
If your return is accepted, we will send you:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on where to send your package
IMPORTANT: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

EXCHANGES
For exchanges:
- Return the original item
- Once the return is accepted
- Make a separate purchase for the new item

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements apply (unworn, unused, with tags and packaging).
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of approval status
- If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method
- Refunds process within 10 business days
- Bank/credit card processing may take additional time
