We offer 14-day free returns on unworn items with original tags. Start your return by emailing support@fatal-f.com with your order number. Sale items are final sale. Refunds process in 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
How long does shipping take?
Yes! All U.S. orders get free shipping (4-5 business days). Tracking updates sent ASAP. No minimum spend.
Are Fatal-F’s sneakers 100% authentic?
Every sneaker is physically inspected by our team of legit-check experts. We examine stitching, labels, sole molds, and materials. If we spot fakes (and we always do), they get destroyed—no resale, no ‘accidents.’ Your grails are guaranteed real.
How do I clean my Fatal-F sneakers?
For premium materials:
*Leather/Nubuck: Use a damp microfiber cloth + pH-neutral cleaner. Never soak.
*Mesh/Synthetics: Soft-bristle brush + mild detergent. Air dry only.
*Suede: Suede eraser + specialized brush. Avoid water.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major cards (Visa, Amex, MC), PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, and crypto (BTC/ETH via Coinbase Commerce). Split payments available with Klarna/Afterpay. Note: Crypto orders are non-refundable.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders ship fast (within 2hrs during business hours), but email support@fatal-f.com ASAP with ‘CANCEL’ in the subject line. We’ll try to intercept—no promises once tracking generates.
